Calling all coffee lovers! Join us at Novel Book Bar in Portland, Maine for a Coffee Roasting Open House. Experience the art and science behind your favorite brew as we take you on a journey from bean to cup! Joshua will be showing the roasting process and if you're there you may even get a chance to roast yourself. He will cover the basics of roasting, bean selection, and what it takes to be a roasting business. Stop by and see us in the roasting room at Novel.
