Brands of Fascism

Join Political Dissonance for a talk about various brands of fascism. From Fascist Italy to Nazi Germany to Trump's AmeriKKKa, there are common themes. We will investigate the sociopolitical conditions that preceded their rise and social democracies that paved the way. We look at a century of strongmen who deceive the people, speak to their grievances, and uplift mythologies of once great nation states; as well as the extreme nationalism that is the core organizing principle.
